Think, Feel, Do

To feel differently about our lives and to experience manifestation of our dreams requires us to tackle how we think. Our conscious thoughts make up only 5% of our brain function. It's our subconscious thought, which represents 95% of our brain function, that controls how we feel and what we do. These subconscious thoughts come from conscious messages received in early childhood and reinforced by society, culture and lived experience. Subconscious thoughts are anchored by feelings which either motivate us to behave in ways that favor us or push our dreams and desires further away. Expressing subconscious thoughts through behaviors is a process called "outwarding." This diagram describing the process of outwarding; where our thoughts determine how we feel and what we do. We will begin the process of examining what subconscious thoughts might be creating feelings and behaviors that are counterproductive. Describe in a a paragraph, what your most frequent thoughts are. How do these thoughts make you feel? When you feel these feelings, what do you do?
